We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Products that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for return
❌ Non-returnable items:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear
- Perishable items
- Items bought on sale or clearance
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- We will provide a replacement or refund after verification
Refunds
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
