We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Products that are damaged, used, or altered are not eligible for return

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear
  • Perishable items
  • Items bought on sale or clearance

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • We will provide a replacement or refund after verification

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost

 

 

 

Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
